Adminstration

Altar Society

The Altar Society consists of teams of 3-4 persons including men and women. Each week the church is cleaned, swept, dusted and the carpets are vacuumed. The group also arrange the flowers.  The altar cloths are changed when required. The purificators are washed every week and the brasses cleaned. Extra tasks are carried out at special times in the year e.g. Weddings, Christmas and Easter.

Church Hall

St Ninian’s Hall is an integral part of the church building and a great asset to our faith community. The Hall is used every morning after Mass or Eucharistic Service for tea and coffee. Various parish groups e.g. the Over 60’s, Thursday Club, One World Group, Parish Council, etc. use the hall on a regular basis for meetings and parish social events.

The Hall is available for hire to parishioners wishing to hold private functions.

Booking of the Hall should be made through the Hall Convener using the official booking form.  A wall diary of events and meetings is displayed and updated by the convener as dates are confirmed.
